Delta-Three was one two tertiary antagonists in the novel Deception Point, the other tertiary antagonist being Delta-Two. Under their leader, Delta-One, they formed a rogue Delta Force working for a conspiracy within the government to create a fake scientific find to bolster support and funding for NASA. The Delta Force team was ruthless and would kill anyone who tried to expose the truth regarding the find.
Delta-Three and the team chased after Rachel Sexton, Michael Tolland, and Corky Marlinson and was injured by Tolland towards the end of the novel, who bound him up and later tossed him into shark infested waters, where he was subsequently devoured in a feeding frenzy.
